Elite Building Service Brings New Cleaning
Technology To Barter !!
You may know them as Elite Cleaning Company, as they have been members of BNI for years now. But what you may not know is how incredible this operation is! Cheryl Ecton, owner of Elite Building Services, (also known as Elite Cleaning Co.) located in the Southgate Industrial Park in New Castle, DE has recently gained a competitive edge by adding the newest technology to her cleaning business. Cheryl has purchased Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment that will clean just about everything you can imagine! Even your yucky computer keyboard!
More specifically she has a Blind Cleaning Machine that cleans all kinds of window blinds. Not only do these machines remove dirt, dust, bacteria and pollen, but they will restore blinds that have yellowed from dirt and grime back to their natural color – unless they have faded from the sun. When a person dusts it creates static, which dirt and pollen cling to. Window blinds will collect this dirt from the air and with time the sun heats up this dirt, creating bacteria and then baking in the grime which causes the blinds to discolor. Then with age, the cords on blinds will dry out, get brittle and break. This new ultrasonic machine penetrates through the blinds, removes the grime and bacteria and lubricates the cords & ladders/slats and every mechanism in the blinds which extends their life. The blinds are cleaned within seconds and they are virtually spotless when they are finished! How neat is that!?
Cost is determined by size and type of blind but regular plastic or metal blinds up to 48 inches are approximately $ 9.00 a blind. And blinds that are 48-96 inches are about $16 per blind. Wood blinds, pleated blinds and honeycombs can cost a bit more, and vertical blinds are priced per vane, but the cost is nominal compared to the time it would take you to clean them yourself or to have them replaced. And health-wise, you will feel much better just knowing you had your blinds properly sanitized!
Cheryl can arrange to pick up and return blinds for commercial establishments, however for residential window treatments, you will need to bring them to her facility and pick them up when they are finished. Her current hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30-5:00pm.
Now back to the keyboard…ever spill something on your desk and now the letters on your keyboard are sticky or grimy? Think about all of the germs that your fingers are picking up every time you peck away at those keys. Using this same technology, Elite also has the ability to clean and sanitize all kinds of things such as: computer keyboards, tv’s, artificial plants (oh how I hate taking a damp cloth to all of those leaves!), wheelchairs, jewelry, etc. The list goes on and on.
